Sri Surakkshaa Hospital Organizes Special Medical Camp for Pensioners on Pensioners’ Day
Sri Surakkshaa Hospital, in collaboration with the Government Pensioners Association, successfully organized a special medical camp to mark Pensioners’ Day. The initiative was aimed at promoting the health, well-being, and quality of life of senior citizens through preventive healthcare and early medical intervention.
As part of the camp, pensioner senior citizens were provided with free medical check-ups and expert consultations. The Medical Director of Sri Surakkshaa Hospital addressed the participants and explained modern approaches to preventing and managing bone and joint-related disorders commonly seen in older adults. Valuable insights were shared on managing joint pain, osteoporosis, and age-related degenerative conditions, along with guidance on balanced nutrition, suitable physical exercises, lifestyle modifications, and available medical treatments.
